| 摘 要： | 苏中地区教育资源丰富,但经济的相对落后制约了苏中高等教育的发展,使得教育公共投入不足,引发区域教育发展不均衡、组织间衔接不紧密、高等教育特色减弱等一系列问题。为推进苏中高等教育更好发展,必须完善区域教育合作机制,实现高教组织与地方发展更紧密的衔接,寻求突破、实现创新。

To change the present situation, we must advance the regional cooperation in education and seek for closer connection between the local colleges and the local government. |
