摘    要:变频水泵二次供水技术因具有"节能"和无水箱"二次污染"的优点而得到广泛应用,但变频水泵供水应用却存在普遍的"不节能"。二次供水变频水泵低效运行的成因在于:设计层面上随意主观确定设计参数,泵组选配缺乏理性;采用不合理的控制模式,无法完全发挥变频技术效能;阀件和管路损耗太大。因此,在设计阶段尽可能精确地把握设计参数,认真分析项目用水特性,合理匹配水泵,完善控制模式,最大程度降低供水装置内部局部损耗对于系统真正节能是非常关键的。

Abstract:Secondary water supply systems of variable-speed pumps were widely used for their advantages of "saving of energy" and "no secondary pollution of water tanks".However,in many cases the systems failed to save energy.The causes of inefficient operation of secondary water supply systems of variable-speed pumps were studied.The main causes were subjective determination of the design parameters and unreasonable selection of pumps;poor functioning of converter technology due to inefficient control mode;high energy loss of valves and piping.It is maintained that accurate determination of the design parameters,proper analysis of water consumption and better matching of pumps,improved control mode and minimization of interior losses of the water supply system will contribute to effective energy saving of the system.
