摘    要:目前各级学校教育技术人才培养的宽口径和课程设置的多样性为专业的发展和学生的就业带来了一定的便利,同时也带来了教育技术人才知识体系的专业化不足、毕业生缺乏核心竞争力等现实问题。文献梳理和访谈调研发现,教育技术人才培养可以基于专业理论、开发应用知能和专业实践知能三个维度来进行,这有助于明确各种现存问题,并找出相应对策。

Abstract:The broad caliber of education technology talent development and diversity of curriculum brings convenient for professional development and the student’s employment,but also brings practical problem of the insufficiency of student’s knowledge system and the lack of core competition ability of graduates,Through the literature review and investigation found that,the exploration of education technology talent development can be based on the perspective of professional theory,development and application knowledge and professional practice knowledge,this will help clear all kinds of existing problems,and find out the corresponding countermeasures.
