| 摘 要： | 校企合作具有重要意义；它是培养学生良好的职业素养的需要，是教育服务于企业的需要，也是毕业生零距离就业的需要．在校企合作中，高职院校要吸纳企业奉行的基本理念：团队协作理念、以客户为中心的理念、平等对待员工的理念、激励与创新理念．
