中学生班级集体效能感、学业自我效能感与学业成绩的关系研究

摘    要:通过对1773名中学生施测班级集体效能感量表(CCEI)和学业自我效能感量表,探讨中学生班级集体效能感、学业自我效能感与学业成绩之间的关系。经统计结果表明中学生在班级集体效能感水平上中等偏上,在学校类型、年级、是否班干部、是否独生子女、生源以及用功程度这几个变量上存在显著差异;回归分析表明,部分人口学变量、学业自我效能感变量对于班级集体效能感具有显著的预测作用;进一步结构模型分析发现,班级集体效能感对学生的学业成绩具有正向预测作用,学生自我效能感对学生的学业成绩也具有正向预测作用,且对学生班级集体效能感也具有正向预测作用。

Abstract:The author has investigated the relationship among high school students’class collective efficacy,academic self efficacy and academic performance by using class collective efficacy for high school students (CCEI)and academic self efficacy questionnaire with 1773 high school students partici-pating in the current study.The results show that the level of high school students’class collective effi-cacy is above the average,and there are significant differences in school types,grades,student’s origin, whether students’cadres or not,and whether a single child in the family or not.The results of regres-sion analysis indicate some demographic variables and academic self efficacy has significant predication on class collective efficacy.Through further analysis of the structure mode we find that students’class collective efficacy has remarkable positive predictable functions on their academic performance and students'self efficacy has striking positive predictable functions on both their academic performance and class collective efficacy.
