摘    要:全国各高等院校积极探索从“学年学分制”向“完全学分制”的改革,作者结合实践中存在的问题,对两种模式进行分析比较,以“问题导向”为出发点,将两种模式的优势与学校发展的实际结合,试论未来高校教学管理体制改革的方向。

Abstract:In the background of the active exploration in the reformation of the Academic Year's Credit System to the Complete Credit System in Chinese universities,this paper focused on the practical problems and compared Educational Administrations in the Academic Year's Credit System and the Complete Credit System.Through combining the advantages of the two models with the development of Yunnan Arts University,this work aimed to explore a new road on the Educational Administration reformation.
