摘    要:研究生导师要将自己所带的研究生培养成有科研能力、能服务社会、有所创新的人才。这不是一蹴而就,不是导师上课、学校规范、课题研究就能培养出来的,而是导师的言传身教慢慢养成的。导师对学生的影响就如一棵树摇动另一棵树,一朵云推动另一朵云,一个灵魂唤醒另一个灵魂,就像齿轮链条一样,起点施力,整个齿轮系统就连动起来。导师就是起点的源动力,就是那棵树、那朵云,影响着一届又一届的研究生。

Abstract:Postgraduate tutor to yourself with the postgraduate training to have ability of scientific research,social services,and to have the innovation of talent,not overnight,not class teacher,school norms,research can be trained,but by the instructors teach by precept and example develop slowly.The tutor's influence on students is such as shake another tree tree is a tree,a cloud to promote another cloud,a soul awaken another soul.As gear chain,the starting point of force application,the gear system is linked together,mentor is the starting point of the source of power,is the starting point of the tree.The cloud.Although the tutor is one,the impact is one session of the postgraduate.
