| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习是医学生学习中必不可少的一个环节,中职医学生受多种因素影响更容易在顶岗实习过程中出现各种各样的问题,这直接影响了自身安全和实习质量。学校通过组织不定期的实习巡查,与合作医院一同监督中职医学生在顶岗实习中的生活和学习情况,这不仅为实习生提供了各方面的安全保障,也一定程度上促进了校企合作。

| Abstract: | Internship is an indispensable part of medical students'education.Secondary vocational medical students are more likely to have various problems during the internship process,which directly affects their own safety and internship quality.Our school irregularly organizes internship inspection,in order to supervise the life and learning of intern students with the cooperative hospitals during the Internship,which not only provides all aspects of security,but also promotes school-enterprise cooperation to a certain extent. |
