| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨改良简易中心静脉压测量仪的准确性及可靠性。方法:采用改良简易中心静脉压测量仪与常规简易中心静脉测量仪测量30例患者的中心静脉压,比较两种测量仪的测量时间及测量差异。结果:改良简易中心静脉压测量仪的测量时间及安装时间均明显少于常规测量仪,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05),两者所测中心静脉压数值差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用自制改良简易中心静脉压测量仪进行中心静脉压测量,缩短了测量时间,测量值准确。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the accuracy and reliability of the improved simple central venous pressure measuring instrument.Methods:The central venous pressure of 30 patients was measured and compared between the improved simple central venous pressure measuring instrument and conventional simple central venous pressure measuring instrument.Results:The time of measurement and installation time in the improved simple central venous pressure measuring instrument group were lesser than that of the conventional measuring instrument group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the value of central venous pressure measured by the two instrument(P>0.05).Conclusion:The improved central venous pressure measuring instrument could shorter the measuring time with good accurate. |
