| Abstract: | This article describes the importance of knowledge management in high & new technology enterprises, and analyzes the knowledge management activities, the forming of enterprises' comprehensive advantages and the factors influencing knowledge management. Finally, the authors propose the related tactics of knowledge management in order to provide reference for high & new technology enterprises to strengthen knowledge management and their sustainable development. |
