摘    要:拓展培训以学员为中心,以学员的感受为主体,强调户外自然活动的亲身参与、体验,从中得到享受与感悟,是一种对学员深层次的心理施加影响的培训方式。拓展训练能够有效地拓展企业人员的潜能,提升和强化个人心理素质,帮助企业人员建立高尚而有尊严的人格;同时让团队成员能更深刻地体验个人与企业之间,下级与上级之间,员工与员工之间唇齿相依的关系,从而激发出团队更高昂的工作热情和拼搏创新的动力,使团队更富凝聚力。

Abstract:The faculty expanding training, which is based on trainees, regards the feeling of trainees as dominant player, and emphasizes personal participation and experience in outside activities and obtains enjoyment and inspiration from it, is a training way of deeply influencing mind of trainees. The faculty expending training is capable of developing trainees' potential, enhancing and intensifying personal psychological quality, and helping staff establish noble and dignified characters. Meanwhile, it makes team members feel profoundly the interdependent relationships between individuals and enterprise, juniors and seniors, and also between employees, so as to stimulate higher enthusiasm of teamwork and motivation of hardworking, making the whole team more cohesive.
