| 摘 要： | 独立学院以应用型人才为培养目标,这要求有一支懂应用型人才培养的管理干部队伍。突出应用型特质是独立学院管理干部队伍建设的应然要求,针对目前独立学院管理干部队伍建设应用型特质的现状,独立学院应采取强化管理干部应用型特质思维模式、调整管理干部应用型特质选聘标准、制定管理干部应用型特质考评体系、健全管理干部应用型特质激励机制、营造管理干部应用型特质成长氛围等措施,以加强独立学院管理干部应用型特质的建设。
