| 摘 要： | 图书馆地方文献数字化是现代图书馆进行数据库开发、网络信息传播和资源共享的基础。在开展这些工作时,一方面要实行版权保护,同时又要让版权人的劳动成果得以合理使用,如何规避法律风险,是图书馆在地方文献数字化建设中应注意的问题。
