| Abstract: | The Sixth Amendment to Criminal Law not only makes some revisions to the serious liability accident crime and the serious labor safety accident crime which are stipulated in the criminal law,but also stipulates the large-scale populace activity safety accident crime and not reporting,falsely reporting the serious safety accident crime. |
