| 摘 要： | 以学生为中心的教学模式体现了学生的主导地位与作用,而教师的作用无处不有。在以学生为中心的课堂上,教师只是进行了一种换位,其作用更应得到恰如其分及灵活多变的发挥与体现,以实现学生的中心地位。通过论述以学生为中心的教学理念,并以此为基点探讨了英语教师的三大作用:教师应是课堂教学实践活动的组织者;应是学生语言学习的引导者;应是促使学生参加课堂教学活动的鼓舞者。
