| 摘 要： | 通过对西安欧亚学院现有教学质量管理体系的历史和现状进行分析,指出其存在的问题:没有形成全过程、全方位的监控;监控的力量较弱;没有建立现代化的信息采集与反馈系统;没有形成定期或周期性的教学质量评估制度。从工作步骤、理论依据以及促进教学质量持续提高的策略等方面提出一些建议:一是注重领导层对质量的承诺和学校质量方针的确立;二是注重教师的选择和资格认可制度的确立;三是关注消费者的满意度;四是建立评估制度。
