| 摘 要： | 分析了当前人们对高等教育体制的不同理解,给出了高等教育体制的相关概念和内涵,对新中国成立以来的高等教育管理体制的变革进行了梳理,对我国高等教育管理体制改革的内容及效果做了评说,指出当前在投资体制与高等学校办学自主权方面还有相当的想象空间。高等教育体系是由多种类型、多种层次、多种形式的机构制度和多种因素错综复杂地结合而成的统一整体,其中教育体制是整个高等教育的主干和基础。
