| 摘 要： | 中国共产党成立90年来,民办高等教育经历了从革命战争时期、社会主义建设时期和改革开放时期不平凡的发展历程。民办高等教育已成为我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分,发挥着不容忽视的作用。民办高等教育对促进国家经济建设、社会发展、高教体制改革,盘活社会资源,改善民生,文化创新,提高劳动者素质,缓解日益增长的教育需求作出了积极贡献。未来10年,民办高等教育面临新的发展机遇,同样面对诸多挑战,任重道远,前程光明。
