| 摘 要： | 大学精神是大学的灵魂,决定着大学的价值取向和发展方向,是提升大学品质的关键因素。凝练大学精神,有利于提高核心竞争力,树立学校品牌、实现战略转型、增强凝聚力、获取社会资源、吸引优质生源等。民办高校的大学精神,主要体现在科学精神、人文精神、批判精神、创新精神、自强不息精神、求真务实精神、不断进取精神和互相合作精神等。大学精神与大学发展并进,大学精神与大学使命共存。
