| 摘 要： | 大学行政权力和学术权力的产生有其深厚的根源及内涵。对目前行政权力和学术权力发展的错位现象——行政权力泛化、滥化;学术权力弱化、边缘化的现状进行了分析。主张加强学术权力主导性地位,净化学术权力,规范权力边界,并适当分散权力,发挥其他利益群体的补充作用,推进民主化管理,使大学内部学术权力和行政权力得到和谐发展,从而促进大学的健康发展。
