| 摘 要： | 教学模式是在一定的教学思想或教学理论指导下建立起来的较为稳定的教学活动结构框架和活动程序。教育模式分为传统教育模式和现代教育模式,通过对两者在教学观、教学资源与教学手段、学习方式、评价体系、师生角色的比较及分析中发现其差异,分析现代教学模式特点,应用型人才培养教学模式构建的教育理念、主要特征及组织实施,提出现代教育模式更有利于未来的教育模式的发展和改革。
