Abstract: | When reviewing the Chinese course, examinees should have an eye to raising their ability to read and write. In regard to this, some specific requirements are set forth below. Based on these requirements, examinees should choose from their local teaching materials for Chinese language a number of key lessons for review, and should use these lessons as a model for writing. When selecting the lessons, attention should be paid to: (1) including articles of different styles such as narrative, explanatory statements, argumentative essays, etc., (2) including a suitable percentage of articles in the classical literary language. |
