| Abstract: | Three Dutch bodies — the Netherlands Universities Council, NUFFIC, and the Rectors' Conference — have traditionally been active in the field of international contacts between universities. In addition, the universities themselves maintain their own international contacts, while governmental responsibility for international university affairs rests with the Ministry of Education and Science. The general responsibilities of these three bodies are discussed below. |
