A Talk with Teachers on Wage Reform |

| Abstract: | The State Council has decided that this year there shall be a nationwide comprehensive reform of the wage system on the basis of a wage increase. It has also been decided that the newly stipulated wage guidelines shall be enforced from the month of April. This resolution has received immediate and enthusiastic support from the nation's wage earners. Here we would like to talk with teachers about the problems of reforming the wage system. |
