| 摘 要： | 高职教育体系的形成和行业职业标准化、精细化发展是推动高职院校管理模式改革的必然要求。标准化管理通过"制度"控制管理流程,精细化管理强调"态度"推动管理进程,二者相辅相成,构成和谐共生的管理系统。构建标准化、精细化管理模式需要全面渗透、全程体现和全员参与。从而实现高职院校管理资源最优化和管理效益最大化,最终推动学校的持续科学发展。

| Abstract: | The reform of vocational college management should focus on forming a system of vocational education with standardization and substantiation,in which the standardized management controls the processes through the system and the substantialized management controls the attitude which are combined to promte a harmonious coexistence of management system so as to realize the management with optimization and maximization. |
