| 摘 要： | 分析纤维支气管镜检查术中引起气管痉挛的相关因素，寻找护理对策。方法：选择我科2003年1月至2004年12月接受纤维支气管镜检查的患者294例，对气管痉挛的患者进行分析。结论：术前护士对患者的心理疏导、术前麻醉以及富有经验的熟练护士助手是顺利完成纤维支气管镜检查术的关键。

| Abstract: | To analyze the related factors of trachea hyperkinesia during the fiberoptic bronchoscopy and find nursing methods.Method:this paper selects our department 294 patients adopting fiberoptic bronchoscopy from January to December,2003 to make analyses. Conclusion:Keys to successful fiberoptic bronchoscopy are mentality leading to patients, anaesthesia before operation and experienced nursing assistant. |
