摘    要:"缄默知识"作为一种"隐性知识"与作为典型材料的"视点"有互为表里的关系,视点的选择要兼顾教师和学生两方"缄默知识"的差异。"视点"的通透性要依靠"隐性知识"作为动力,同时视点的选择也会影响"隐性知识"的变化。

Abstract:"Tacit knowledge" as a kind of "tacit knowledge" and as a typical material point of view "interacts the relationship between the choice of viewpoint to balance the two sides of the teachers and students" tacit knowledge "of the difference. "Perspectives" permeability to rely on "tacit knowledge" as a power point of view of their choices impact the change of "tacit knowledge".
