| Abstract: | This article points out that summary disposal is the key process of PDCA Cycle in quality control.Firstly,vocational colleges should attach great importance to the formulation of implementation procedure of summary work and promote the closed-loop management of all work involved.Secondly,they should be acquainted with the inherent requirement of summary writing and write summary materials scientifically.Thirdly,they should make the most of summary work to promote leadership and execution,vigorously carry forward PDCA Cycle and improve the level of running a school,the quality of education and service ability as well. |
