| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现，是我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针，是发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想：对于推进高等教育事业发展和高水平大学建设具有重要而深远的指导意义。河南大学远程与继续教育学院坚持学习实践科学发展观，不断解放思想、改革创新，有力地推进了学院各项事业快速健康发展。

| Abstract: | Concept of Scientific Development is the reflection of Marxist world view and methodology and important guiding principles in the economic and social development of China. It is an important strategic theory, for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is of great significance to the development of higher education and university of high quality. School of Distance and Continuing Education in Henan University insisting on concept of scientific development concept, freeing the mind and innovating to foster the rapid and healthy development of the school. |
