| 摘 要： | 职业指导具有调节市场劳动力、帮助用人单位找到合适劳动者、保障劳动者就业等重要作用。欧美国家职业指导发展较早，取得一些成效。其主要体现在充分发挥政府职能、开展职业介绍服务和开展职业培训等方面，这些值得我国学习借鉴。
