| 摘 要： | 金融危机虽然已经过去三年,但是全球经济所受到的重创尚未平复。我国在金融危机初期采取了一些应急措施,虽然收到了一定的效果,但从长远来看,如何培育中小企业发展环境、大力发展中小企业成为后金融危机下各国思考的重要问题。只有中小企业发展壮大,才能打下整个国家经济的坚实基础。
