| 摘 要： | 目的了解当今大学生使用网络获取心理健康信息的现状,为开展网络心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用自编问卷对随机选取的重庆某高校238名大学生进行调查。结果大学生中网络使用率为98.32%;77.31%的大学生曾使用网络获取过有关心理健康的信息,其获取渠道主要是百度或谷歌搜索;92%以上的大学生对于通过网络获取有关心理健康的信息持积极态度;大学生更多地希望从网上获取有关人际交往、情绪调节、压力应对、了解自我、爱情与性、职业及学习心理方面的信息。结论大学生对于通过网络获取有关心理健康的信息持积极态度,网络心理健康教育仍需完善。
