| 摘 要： | 新型城镇化建设需要城市基础设施建设保持适当的超前发展，这将导致现有的基础设施建设资金短缺问题更加突出，因此创新融资方式，拓宽融资渠道迫在眉睫。具体可以从科学定位政府和市场关系、树立城市经营整体理念、优化金融生态环境、完善投融资平台体系建设四个方面入手。

| Abstract: | The urban infrastructure maintains proper advanced development is the need of the new-type urbanization,which will result in the existing infrastructure funding shortage becoming more prominent,so innovating financing patterns and broadening financing channels is imminent.We can start from the following four aspects：orientate the relationship between government and market scientificly,establish the o-verall concept of urban management,optimize the financial ecological environment,and improve the investment and financing platform system. |
