| 摘 要： | 私营企业中普遍存在着缺乏专业财务管理人员，对财务管理重视不足；财务人员的专业素养不高，资金管理不善，会计核算与财务管理薄弱和财务管理手段落后，经验决策制等一系列问题。只有科学的财务管理体系才能使私营企业在竞争中立于不败之地。对于私营企业中存在的上述较为突出的几个问题，笔者提出了如下相应的对策和建议：摒弃任人唯亲或唯忠制，任人唯才；重视财务管理；培养财务管理人员如下较强的业务能力：计算现金流、处理好呆滞资金和贷款回收制定完整的现金收支计划并充分发挥管理软件的作用；决策者要树立科学的决策理念，财务人员要与时俱进、积极参与企业决策。

| Abstract: | There are a series of problems in the private enterprises,such as：lack of professional financial management staff,insufficient at-tention to the financial management,low financial personnel’s professional quality,weak funds management;backward accounting and finan-cial management methods,experience decision system and so on.Only the scientific system of financial management can make private enterpri-ses invincible in the competition.For these problems,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward：to abandon appointing people only by favouritism or loyalty,pay attention to financial management and train financial management staff operational capacity.Decision makers should establish scientific decision-making ideas while financial officers keep pace with the times and participate in the decision of enterprise ac-tively. |
