| Abstract: | This article is established on the base of the analysis of various essential factors to the common crime, grasping the common crime totally, and through the study method of slightly, considering the three basic essential factors which are consist of the common crime constitution main body condition, the objective condition, the subjective condition, achieves the goal of grasping the essence of the crime constitution of the common crime fundamentally. |
