| 摘 要： | 职业技能鉴定是提升劳动者素质，调动员工积极性、主动性、创造性的有效途径。卷烟商品营销员职业技能鉴定自实施以来，为卷烟营销队伍建设起到了人才支撑的作用。本文试从技能鉴定培训的模式探索、技能鉴定的培训效果、鉴定培训中存在的问题及应对措施几方面对鉴定培训进行了探讨。提出了推进科学的营销人员培训系统的建立，真正把职业技能鉴定和培训有机结合起来：丰富培训组织形式，创新教学模式，增强培训与鉴定的契合力：实行“刚柔相济”的管理制度，为鉴定培训提供动能的应对措施等建议。

| Abstract: | Occupational skill appraisal is an effective way of im- prove the workers＇ quality and stimulate the staffs activeness and innovative awareness. The implementation of occupational skill appraisal of salesmen for cigarette products plays a role of talent support. Through several aspects, this paper proposes a scientific training system for salesmen, so as to integrate occupational skill appraisal with its training. |
