| 摘 要： | 地方普通本科高校向应用型大学转型是我国高等教育体系发展的一次重大变革。在转型中需要明确应用型大学人才培养模式的特色,解决资源不足的问题,从而提高学生的就业能力和创新创业能力。建立有效的实践育人协同机制,推进应用型大学与社会资源共同建立实践教学体系,促进应用型大学进行管理创新,让应用型大学更好地服务社会。

| Abstract: | The transition from local ordinary universities to application-oriented universities is a major change in the development of the higher education system in our country.In this process,it is necessary to define the characteristics of the talent training mode of application-oriented universities and solve the problem of insufficient resources,so as to improve students'employment ability and their ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.An effective coordination mechanism of practical education should be set up,and the cooperation between application-oriented universities and social resources should be promoted in establishing practical education mechanism,in order to stimulate the management innovation by application-oriented universities,and make them better serve the society. |
