| 摘 要： | 教育创新是教育全局性、整体性、功能性适应人类社会发展与进步的根本变革 ,学校管理创新是其重要组成部分。学校管理创新应与时俱进 ,实现三个根本性转变:即由常规管理向人本管理转变 ;由权利经验管理向学术管理转变 ;由校内资源管理向校外资源管理转变。学校管理创新遵循辨证性、系统性、主体性、多元化、开发性、求异性原则 ,追求人的全面发展与教育资源的优化利用 ,对教育创新具有重要的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Innovation in school management is an importan part of educational innovation in which education is experiencing fundamental changes to functionally adjust to the development and progress of human society in an all-round way. lt is necessary to advance with the times in the innovation in school management so as to achieve three fundamental transformations in it: the transformation from scientific management to human one; from experimental management to academic one; from management of resources inside schools to the ones outside schools. Innovation in school management plays an importat role in promoting educatona innovation by following the principles of dialectics, systematism, subject, pluralism, development and seeking differences so as to achieve all-round development of individuals and full utilization of educational resources. |
