| 摘 要： | 美、德、日三国社区体育俱乐部是大众体育开展最基本、最有效的组织单位,三者俱乐部的存在和发展有赖于政府的财政支援。相比较而言,美、德两国社区体育俱乐部发展比较稳定,会员人数多,而日本的综合型社区体育俱乐部与前两者相比还有差距,处于摸索阶段。

| Abstract: | The community clubs are the basic and the most effective organizations in the U.S.,Germany and Japan,whose sports development relies on the financial support form the government.Comparatively speaking,the community sports clubs in the U.S.and Germany develop more steadily and have more members than those in Japan. |
