| 摘 要： | 近几年，许多高校在兴建新校区。本文作者通过对几所高校新校区建设中招标模式、合同管理和投资控制的研究，并结合燕山大学新校区建设中的一些创新举措和经验，对高校在新校区建设中如何有效进行合同管理和投资控制提出了一些看法和建议。
