摘    要:微博的出现和发展为提高高校思想政治理论课教育教学的针对性、实效性、说服力和感染力带来了机遇,但在教学观念、教学内容、教学方法、教学环境、教师权威等方面提出了不少的挑战。面对这一新形势,思想政治理论课教师应掌握微博知识,更新教学观念;收集微博热点事件,丰富教学内容;促进师生互动,改善教学方法;成为微博意见领袖,创设教学环境。高校应建立微博资源共享平台,加强师资队伍建设,建设一支适应时代发展要求的微博思想政治理论课教师队伍。

Abstract:The emergence and development of microblog has brought some opportunities to ideological and political theory teaching in university. But it is still facing many challenges in the teaching idea,teaching contents,teaching methods,etc. Facing this new situation,the teacher of ideological and political theory should master microbolg knowledge and update their teaching ideas to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students and improve teaching methods to be an opinion leader. Microblog resource sharing platform should be established in universities and the ideological and political theory teaching team as well.
