| 摘 要： | 农地制度的创新是我国解决三农问题的关键。解放以来我国农地制度的变革经历了三个阶段；改革开放以来我国农地制度创新在各地产生了多种具体形式，每种形式各有其优势与不足；根据我国当前的实际情况，我国农地制度创新的主要思路是从法律上界定农地产权，促进土地使用权的流转，依法严格保护农民的土地产权。

| Abstract: | Innovation in farmland system is the key to "three agricultures".Changes in farmland systems of our country experience three stages since liberation;Innovations in different areas take on many specific forms which are accompanied with disadvantages and advantages;According to our country's present situation,we'd better take the following measures to promote further innovation:defining the production right of farmlands according to laws,stimulating the tranfer of the soil and protecting peasants' production right of the soil. |
