| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]The paper is to strengthen the scientific development and intelligent construction of libraries,make effective use of big data collection,and scientize decision of collection construction.Method/process]The paper uses the mathematical principle of TOPSIS model to accurately reflect the gap between each evaluation scheme and get the weight of all kinds of paper books in university library.And then,it uses grey relational analysis to analyze the gap between the newly configured book weight and the existing collection utilization model to strengthen decision analysis.Result/conclusion]University libraries should select influential indicators according to their own conditions,and allocate resources in a focused,planned,and urgent manner to optimize the decision scheme. |
