| 摘 要： | 完善我国刑事责任年龄的相关立法，意义重大而深远。为此，一要纠正相对负刑事责任年龄阶段的立法缺陷；二要适当降低刑事责任年龄下限；三要科学设定刑事责任年龄上限。

| Abstract: | It is of great and profound significance to improve relative lawmaking on age of criminal responsibility of China. Therefore, we should correct lawmaking defects about age of criminal responsibility, properly low the floor level of age of criminal responsibility and scientifically determine the upper level of age of criminal responsibility. |
