| 摘 要： | 目前，由应试教育向素质教育转轨已成为中小学教育改革的趋势。而实现教师由“经验型”向“科研型”转化，是推进素质教育，提高教育教学质量，更好地培养21世纪现代化建设人才的需要。本文就制约农村中小学教师由“经验型”向“科研型”转化的因素及对策作一粗浅的探究。
