| 摘 要： | 目的研究紫苏水提取物对小鼠的镇静催眠作用。方法通过记录小鼠自主活动次数、阈上剂量及阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠小鼠的镇静催眠时间和对戊四氮致小鼠惊厥的影响，研究紫苏水提取物催眠镇静作用。结果紫苏水提取物可以降低正常小鼠的自主活动、对戊巴比妥钠小鼠具有协同促进动物睡眠作用、紫苏水提取物高剂量组对戊四氮致小鼠的惊厥潜伏期有一定的延长作用。结论紫苏对小鼠具有良好的镇静催眠作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the sedative and hypnotic effects of perilla frutescens in mice. Methods： The records of mice spontaneous activities,the dose ofpentobarbital sodium （sub-threshold dose and supra-threshold does） used during experiments and Pentylenetetrazol leaded Seizures in mice were collected, compared and analyzed in this study to determine the sedative and hypnotic actions ofperilla frutescens in mice. Results： The decoction of Perilla frutescens could markedly reduce the frequency of mice spontaneous activities. The combination of high does group perilla frutescens and pentobarbital sodium （sub-threshold dose and supra-threshold dose） could extend the mice sedative and hypnotic time （P〈0.01）. The incubation period on pentylenetetrazol induced seizures in mice could be prolonged by the high-dose group of decoction of Perilla fi＇utescens （18g·kg-1）. Conclusion： Perilla frutescens has certain sedative and hypnotic fimctions to mice. |
