| 摘 要： | 高校运动队的训练工作是一个运动队取得优异成绩的组成因素之一,高校运动队的激励机制有显性的激励机制,也有借助其它载体表现出来,容易被人们所忽视的隐性激励机制.只有通过把显性和隐性的激励机制的有机地结合运用,才能充分全面地做好高校运动队的工作.

| Abstract: | Ideological adminnistration of a sports team of colleges and universities is one of factors that a sports team makes a good achievement. The author thinks that encouraging mechanism is apparently a good way, but a hidden encouraging mechanism seems easily igno ed by most people. As long ad the obvious mechanism and the hidden one are organically combineb and applied, we can accomplish ideological administration of the sports team of colldges and universities. |
