车用无刷直流电机转速控制系统设计及仿真

摘    要:以新型4相24极车用无刷直流电动机为研究对象,采用改进遗传算法对其转速控制系统进行了优化设计。该遗传算法在相当程度上解决了标准遗传算法搜索效率低和早熟收敛的问题。仿真结果表明:相对于传统的3相6拍无刷直流电动机,采用改进遗传算法转速控制系统的4相24极无刷直流电动机具有转矩脉动较低、输出相应快速、稳态性能好以及抗干扰能力强等优点。

Abstract:An optimum design of 4 phase 24 pole vehicle brushless DC motor speed control system was performed with improved genetic algorithm(IGA), which is a solution to low search efficiency and premature convergence. Simulation results show that compared to the traditional 3 phase 6 beat brushless DC motor, the speed control system of 4 phase 24 pole brushless DC motor with the improved genetic algorithm(IGA) has the advantages of low torque ripple, fast output, good steady state performance and strong anti interference ability.
