| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of laws and regulations, it analyzed the legal nature of the national individual sports associations and the referees＇ status. The national individual sports associations are the non -profit making corporate social groups, so referees commissioned by the national individual sports associations receive the bribe during the competition period, and manipulate a competition by intentionally twisting or violating the rules during law enforcement, thus damage the interests of various parties, he/she should be held legally responsible, the bribe behavior can be determined as the business organization accepting bribes. It is important to enhance legislation for the punishment of the referees＇ bribe in the competitive sports. |
