| 摘 要： | 科学发展观深刻揭示了高职院校德育课程建设的本质要求，集中反映了高职院校德育课程建设的基本规律，生动展示了高职院校德育课程建设的思想方法。贯彻落实科学发展观，大力促进学科建设，切实转变教学方法，着力加强师资队伍建设，不断完善教学管理体制，是推进德育课程建设的必由之路。

| Abstract: | The scientific outlook on development reveals deeply moral subjects construction＇s essence requirement of vocational college, reflects its bassic regularity concentratedly, and its scientific thought methods. Carrying out the scientific outlook on development is necessary for propelling the construction of moral subsects to promote the construction of subjects strongly, to change teaching methods conscientiously, to put emphasis on construction of the supply of teachers and to consummate teaching system continuously. |
